The basic meeting fee will be $130.00 ($150.00 after August 15, 1997). This will include all breaks and lunch on both Tuesday and Wednesday, the reception on Monday evening and the dinner on Wednesday evening. You must register by August 15, 1997 to participate in the field trip. Enclose the above registration form and a check (payable in US dollars to Menominee Tribal Enterprises) to Dave Wilson, Menominee Tribal Enterprises, P.O. Box 670, Keshena, WI 54135. Call the Menominee Hotel directly (1-800-343-7778) to make your room reservation. Indicate that you are with the Midwest Mensurationists group. The rooms will be $55.00 per day double occupancy ($49.00 single), plus tax. There is a full-service restaurant available at the hotel for breakfast and other meals. Other motels are available in Shawano, located 7 miles south of Keshena.
